Our standard shipping option takes approximately 3-5 working days for capital cities, and 5-10 working days for other outlying areas. Standard shipping is a combination of Australia Post and Major Courier Services. In some cases, we may not be able to ship to a PO Box address, in which case we will contact you with viable alternatives.
Express Shipping is also available however certain postcode exclusions do apply.
Live in Perth? You may pick up your order from our warehouse in Forrestfield. Enter coupon code LOCAL at checkout and we will provide pick up instructions via SMS or EMAIL. Pick up orders require 48 hours processing time.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item (excluding sale items) from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Our shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the full shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
