AustraliaThe bow is very pretty and initially I was delighted with it. I purchased it for my 7 yr old granddaughter. I bought a locket to put into the box before wrapping it and the handle immediately came off. I believe this is a design fault as there are two holes in the draw that the handle has just been pushed into. There would be many disappointed children when these handles come off as they would not be taking the same care as I was. I emailed the company over a week ago but have not received a response.
