While it is unlikely, occasionally quantity discrepancies will occur on our site. If your order includes an item which is out of stock we will contact you to discuss your options.  We do not dispatch any part of your order until finalised.

We source our range of products from around the world to bring you the most comprehensive selection of fairy garden related items in Australia. While we do our best to ensure items are always in stock, international shipping schedules may be delayed for a variety of reasons. If the item you would like to purchase is out of stock, please use the “Notify Me” option on the product listing by entering your email address. Once the item arrives back in stock, our system will notify you immediately. Please contact us if you need further information.

Most of our items are perfectly suited for outdoor use unless specified otherwise. We highly recommend coating the products once a year with a water-resistant matt lacquer. This will protect them from water and sun and greatly extend their use. Keeping them sheltered or out of direct sunlight and rain will also help.

Please remember all our products are recommended for children 3 years and over only.

All our products contain small parts, and are not suitable for children under 3 years as they pose a choking hazard.

Our products are not considered toys, and as such, all small children should always play only under strict adult supervision. They all have the potential to contain small pieces and sharp edges. If not handled with care or dropped on a hard surface, they could break.

If purchasing our products for children, it is important to consider their age and stage of development. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian/carer to gauge the suitability of our products.

We source our products from different suppliers all over the world, and they come in a vast array of colours and sizes. We strive to give dimensions on all aspects of our items wherever possible, so please check that your chosen pieces will compliment the sizing of your existing goods.

We take extra care to package our items carefully for shipping, but should something arrive broken, please contact us within 48 hours to state your claim. Please provide a photo via email to info@earthfairy.com.au and we will discuss how best to proceed.
