• Fairy windows are a fairy garden essential! These pieces come with a small metal hook and very easily hung on a tree trunk, or mounted on a wall
  
  These are beautifully crafted and hand painted with great care. The window has a stone arch shape, with wooden shutters pushed open and a planter area at its base. The planter area is empty and can be used to display tiny flowers, or use it as a seat for one of your fairies to gaze out from.
  
  These windows are also available as part of our Fairy Door and Window Kit. Or team them with the Gnome in a Window for a display with real character!

  Material:
  Hand painted and crafted from durable PolyResin, this item is suitable for both indoor or outdoor use. To protect the beautiful paint work, spray fairy garden pieces with a colorless water sealer when leaving them outside. Remember to bring them inside if they are exposed to harsh winter conditions.

Free Shipping Offer

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $200 Australia-wide. This offer may not extend to all PO Boxes. In the unlikely event that we are unable to ship to your PO Box, we will contact you immediately with options.

Our standard shipping option takes approximately 3-5 working days for capital cities, and 5-8 working days for other outlying areas.  Standard shipping is a combination of Australia Post and Major Courier Services. In some cases, we may not be able to ship to a PO Box address, in which case we will contact you with viable alternatives.

Express Shipping takes 1 - 4 working days however certain postcode exclusions do apply.  

We happily ship internationally. For large orders, we may require a shipping quote to ensure the most accurate and fair pricing tailored to your specific shipment. In such cases, we will send a separate invoice for shipping after your order is placed.

Returns

We hope you're delighted with your purchase, but in the unlikely event you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help you any way we can.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item (excluding sale items) from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Our shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the full shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
